We are dedicated to customer service and committed to building long-term relationships with our customers. We are excited about the landscaping and lawn care industry and the opportunity to provide those services to customers. LSU also guarantee’s and “stands behind” all of the work they perform.

Beginning

Lake Services Unlimited was started by its owners, Jeff and Jill Traynor, in 1997 as the retail convenience store (Jonzy Market), towing & the lawn care company. The primary focus, at that time, was running the retail store and starting to grow the towing and lawn care services for the Polk County area. Jeff and Jill started the business knowing that customer satisfaction was the key element to any business. That, combined with a fair price and a lot of hard work, would make their business a success. Those early year values still continue at the facility today. Shortly thereafter, we started to expand the services to a full retail yard of Landscape Products, Dock/Lift Installs and Removals, Plant & Flower care, Tree Removal, Snow Removal, Custom Signs, and Rental Properties….and the list keeps getting bigger every year!

In 2009, the company Irrigation Experts, LLC was founded, which provides new installations, service calls, spring start ups & fall winterizations of irrigation systems.
